中央美术学院王铁教授从欧洲载誉归来 荣获匈牙利佩奇大学荣誉博士学位

  2015年3月12日,中央美术学院建筑设计研究院院长王铁教授被欧洲排名第七的匈牙利佩奇大学授予荣誉博士学位,以表彰其在建筑景观教学、设计、学术及国际交流合作上所作出的杰出贡献,成为我国获此殊荣的第一人,同期授予荣誉博士的还有美国学者John K. Grande,匈牙利学者Laszlo Tabar,这是欧洲排名第七的匈牙利佩奇大学自1367年建校600年以来,首次给华人授予荣誉博士学位。

  2015年3月12日,在欧洲排名第七的匈牙利佩奇大学,12位佩奇大学各院校院长,身着博士服,严阵以待,台下200个座位座无虚席,大家都在等待一个重要而庄严的时刻,授予来自中央美术学院建筑设计研究院院长王铁教授荣誉博士学位。仪式开始,首先是博士院巴林特院长宣读推荐理由,讲到王铁教授在教育和实践实践方面取得的成就:佩奇大学校长佑泽夫.鲍迪斯教授亲自为王铁教授披上为他量身定做的博士服,授予荣誉博士学位,在座的其他10位各个院校的院长纷纷对王铁教授表示祝贺。最后由王铁教授发表致辞,他说道,“感谢匈牙利佩奇大学的信任,授予此荣誉,我将为中国和匈牙利之间的学术交流做更多事情。”言简意赅而意味深长的致辞掌声雷动,并未王铁教授对教育,学术,设计上面的成就表示热烈的祝贺,对于未来王铁教授为中国匈牙利国际交流和合作而要做的努力充满期待。

  王铁教授,1979年黑龙江省建筑设计研究院工作,1982年考入中央工艺美术学院环境艺术设计系(现在清华大学美术学院),1985年毕业获得学士学位,后留校任教于环境艺术设计系。1990年留学日本国立名古屋工业大学建筑工学科,1995年日本爱知县立艺术大学研究生院毕业,获得硕士学位,后在日本株式会社名古屋BE建筑设计事务所任职,1998年8月退职回国,归国就任于中央美术学院建筑学院副教授,教授,担任副院长。2014年就任中央美术学院建筑设计研究院院长。王铁教授在建筑设计,景观设计,室内设计上都有很深的造诣和研究,他严谨的治学态度、开放的思维模式,提出空间设计无界限,博采众长的设计理念,使他参与众多理论研究和实践设计工作,先后发表文章,出版35专业本书籍,著作等身。设计代表作品:北京银行科技楼建筑设计,哈尔滨城乡规划博物馆建筑设计,山西榆次第一中学规划与建筑设计,河北省出版集团北戴河研发中心,北戴河区17条街的建筑景观改造设计等项目,成绩斐然。


  王铁教授高度的教育使命感和历史责任感,不断思考当代中国高校教育和设计发展之间的协调发展,并积极和陆续担任了各种社会工作:中国艺术研究院艺术设计研究中心特约研究员、中国建筑装饰协会常务理事设计委员会主任、中国美术家协会环境艺术设计委员会委员,中国高等院校风景园林学科专业指导委员会委员,2015年3月受聘匈牙利佩奇大学客座教授,博士生导师,并担任中国多所大学客座教授,荣获2014中国设计年度人物。

  崇高理想、高度社会责任感和历史使命感成就了王铁教授在教学、学术和设计上的成就,并开始更多的对于产、学、研的探讨和实践。2008年底,王铁教授与清华大学美术学院张月教授、天津美术学院彭军教授共同创立了3十1名校教授实验教学模式,发起了“四校四导师”毕业设计实践教学活动,在以往注重理论教学的基础上更加注重实际操作,以对接社会需求的教学理念为宗旨,强调城市建筑综合景观功能与审美的科学系统性。创立了“历史建筑实考”课题,采取实地调研的方式,带领学生深入到现实环境中去调研体验工作,以获取更加实际的教学内容,丰富学生的实践能力。目前“四校四导师”活动连续举办7年,“历史建筑实考”课题举办3年,为国家培养了一批知识与实践型并存人才。王铁教授还把目光放眼到国际,邀请匈牙利佩奇大学、美国丹福尔大学参加,广泛与国际院校、学者进行交流,相互学习,博采众长,多元创新,搭建国际教学实践互动合作的平台,促进了国际建筑与景观设计教育走向多元化交流与融合,推动我国理论水平和教学实践积极发展和进步。

  此次,匈牙利佩奇大学授予中央美术学院建筑设计研究院院长王铁教授荣誉博士学位,不仅仅是对王教授本人在教育工作和学术交流所做贡献的认可,也是对于中央美术学院的教学实践和学术建构的的国际认可,更是我国艺术教育和设计实践得到国际认可的鉴证。

  上过大学的人都有同样的感慨,期间如果运气好碰上个有责任的导师,再遇到个有价值的实验教学课题,毕业设计就有着落了,工作也有希望了,那真就是福从天降。

  If you went to college, you would agree with me that itis lucky to have an strongmentor with avaluable research project. Then, whenyour thesis is approved you can considered yourself very blessed and hopefullyyou will have a job after graduation.

  人们都知晓大学教育是不可能像4S店一样,有召回再教育。为此,高等院校教师必须有责任感,热爱教育、热爱学生、视责任为职业底线。

  As you may aware, higher education institutions arenotlike apple 4S shops. You might be able to return the product from the 4S store, but youcannootretrun your education. Therefore, professors have a responsibility, they must be passionnateabout education and honor their students’ investment by commiting to a strong work ethic.

  Through the achievements from these two generations ofBachmans who are both architects and educators, my view is widening for theUniversity of Pécs, Hungary as well. I am very honored to be a part of thiscollaboration between theuniversities.   “四校四导师”实验教学经过六年的探索,对于教师要求具有高度的综合能力,作为学生要求具有整合创造力和阳光的心,大胆放飞想象力是完成课题的基础。

  After 6 years experience working together, the "FourInstitution and Four Mentor Project" has establishednew requirements. We require our mentors to have acomprehensive background and their we look to the studens to have th integrationof creativity ,and optimism.. The key to suceess is to let the imagination fly.

  课题始终强调学生必须首先理解课题任务书,面对与人有关系的自然空间和人工建造体进行分析,从设计基础到实践过程,要求学生建立起良性的学理框架,学会如何运用综合思考方法,搭建学理化可控的理解能力和表现力,多角度分析设计条件,强调师生互动,运用技术与艺术的恰当表现,创作出最优秀作品。

  The project has always emphasized that students mustunderstand the objective of the assignment, which askes for the interFacebetween people and the natural space. It asks studenst to design and buildmanmade structures. It incorporates analysisan establishment of theoretical framework, and the use of anintegrated way of thinking. Moreover, the project is a comprehension expression of creativity that displaysall the skills of the trade. Studentsare required to analysis the design conditions from multiple angles,emphasizing the teacher-student interaction, the use of appropriate technologyand performance art.As a result, the project pushes students ito produceoutstanding work.

  在教学合作过程中课题组教师进一步认识到,要想培养优秀学生也需要磨练导师自己意志和耐心,建筑设计是一门综合性学科,必修掌握与其相关专业基础知识。

  The project mentors also realized that, in order tocultivate outstanding students, teachers need to be strong and patient.Architectural design is a comprehensive discipline, it requires professors tomaster the basics associated with professional skills.

  理解建筑设计需要了解科学艺术与自然环境相衬托的建构原理,

  Anunderstanding of the Architecture design requiresanunderstanding of science and the art of building design. How the the natural environment and built enviromentcompliment eachother and how we can bring the learned principles to do thiscohesively.

  景观设计需要建筑形态融入环境,室内设计更需要良好的建筑形体构造空间,同时也更需要良好的外部环境条件,才能够发挥出综合技术与艺术创造力和审美理念。

  Landscape design requires architectural form crafted intothe environment. Interior design incorporates architectural form within aconstructed space, Both are united in the shared intention to improved theexternal environment conditions from a comprehensive technical and artistic creativitness using aesthetic philosophy.

  培养学生建立高素质“无界限”、“会梳理”式的发散型创造能力,既具有良好的空间设计修养素质的新学理观念。

  Students build high-quality"no boundaries" type of divergent creativity through the applicationof theoretical concepts.

  在提倡生态低碳设计的当下,2015“年四校四导师”实验教学提出“内外空间条件与自然条件一体化设计教学理念”,为我们共同研究设计,专业化,为走向融合发展的低碳化意识时代,解除所需要的素质界限。只有借鉴国际优秀大学先进教育思想相互学习,才能够承载时代赋予的责任,并为长远发展而高瞻远瞩,相信合作课题会证实优秀教育所带来的具有深刻影响和有益价值。

  In order to promotelow-carbon, eco-design ,2015 " Four Institutions and Four Mentors "project suggested the inside and outside of the spaces and natural conditionsintegrated teaching philosophy focused on eco concious design. We need to learnfrom each other of the pedagogy. We carry the responsibility, which has beengiven by society to improve the future We need to have a creative and holistic visionto maintain our long termdevelopment. I believe this partnershipwill be shown to have a profound impact on students and a beneficial value tothe world as a whole

  当下世界的教育已具备良好的开放基础框架,中国的教师与学子以阳光的心看待国际优秀设计教育文化和自己本土的文化教育。

  Current global educationalready has a good framework. Chinese professorsand students are veryopen-minded. They adopt both their ownculture as well as foreign culture.

  摆在中国、匈牙利高等设计教育面前的是如何培养优秀的学生,共同探索是提高如何向人类设计教育更高的品质攀登,这是我们今后非常重要的新课题原则。

  The future challenge of bothChinaandHungaryhigher education is how totrain outstanding students. We need to explore how to improve the quality ofhuman oriented higher education. Thisis a very important new task for both of us.

  牢牢掌握最基础的专业知识是国际合作教育所需要的,

  To do this we must Firmlygrasp the most basic professional knowledge required of international educationcollaboration.

  客观面对彼此教师和学生素质,带着彼此民族优秀文化特征和消化了以后的传统文化精神境界,走向国际交流的大舞台与优秀大学对话,探索和建立适合自己国家的高等设计教育健康之路,深入研究实验教学的国际价值和可持续性发展。

  We must also realize we bringdiversisty in the background of our teachers and students . We all have our unique cultural identity andwe respect each other’s traditional culture. ThisCreate dialogues among the world most outstanding universities which can leadto great outcomes. If we embarace and explore our difference we can learn whatworks for our own national higher education pathway. And we can learn the global value andsustainablility of this experimental teaching method.

  我相信建立在“四校四导师”实验教学的理念基础,才会有拓宽《共享成果》视野价值,I believe the idea of establishing the "four institutions andfour mentors" project will broaden the "share results" Vision.
